Supply labour, materials and equipment to:

• Lay selected polished homogeneous (60 x 60cm) floor tiles in the living and dining area
• Lay selected polished homogeneous (60 x 60cm) floor tiles in the bedrooms
• Install 50mm height kitchen cabinet plinth with side tiles only
• Install 50mm height washing machine and fridge plinth with full tiles
• Install shower kerb at 2 bathrooms

 

Plumbing Works*

Supply labour, materials and equipment to:

• Install PVC outlet and drainage pipe link to sink and washing machine
• Install 1.2mm thick stainless steel kitchen sink & water tap for kitchen cabinet (FREE GIFT)

• Install JOVEN 25L storage heater (FREE GIFT)

• Install two sets of 6 pieces bathroom accessories (Free Gift)

Carpentry Works*

Supply materials, fabricate and install the following items as per proposed drawings:

• Blumotion full extension runner track 30kg - 3 sets
• 10ftL single profile Quartz top (Selected brand)

General Works

Supply labour, materials and equipment to:

• Paint all internal walls and ceiling with Nippon Odourless Paint (max. 5 colours)
• Paint all doors + frames, gate and pipes with Nippon Glossy Paint
• Install 10mm frameless tempered glass shower screen with stainless steel hinges at master bathroom
• Lay corrugated cardboard for floor protection after completion of flooring works
• Chemical and general cleaning for whole house (including all windows) upon completion
